As the only organized furniture and home goods resource serving Harford and West Cecil counties, our mission is to transform empty houses into homes for individuals and families facing financial hardship. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Aberdeen, Maryland. Since 2016, we’ve furnished more than 1,950 homes and helped over 5,700 people begin again with hope.

Format
Meetings are One Hour Long:
✔ Mingle with Members & Guests — The greeting starts before the meeting starts. Use this time to connect with fellow members and welcome guests. These are the relationships that stick. — 15 Minutes
✔ Introductions — A quick roundtable: name and business, nothing more. The nonprofit representative closes the round and sets the stage for what comes next. — 5 Minutes
✔ Advisory Session — This is where the room earns its seat at the table. The host nonprofit brings a real challenge or opportunity, and members respond not as an audience — but as trusted advisors. The result is genuine value for the organization and the kind of credibility that only comes from doing, not just showing up. — 30 Minutes
✔ Wrap-Up & Commitments — The facilitator pulls the thread together. Members leave with clear takeaways and, for those who want to go further, the opportunity to make a follow-up commitment. — 10 Minutes

Starting at $25 per month, NANA membership is priced to be accessible to any professional who wants to participate — not just those with a corporate expense account or a generous employer. The low barrier is intentional. A NANA Group is most valuable when the room reflects the full breadth of the business community: the solo consultant alongside the regional bank VP, the independent contractor alongside the marketing director. Diverse professional perspectives make for better advisory conversations — and more interesting relationships.
